ANSWERS TO YOUR MOST COMMON QUESTIONS

HOW LONG WILL IT TAKE TO GET MY ORDER ?

B & R has a large inventory of machines, parts and supplies. Some items are drop shipped from the manufacturer directly to the customer. Most machines take 3-6 days to be delivered. Some items and machines may be back-ordered and take longer to receive.

WHAT IF MY ORDER IS DAMAGED?
If you receive a damaged item, you must make a note on the receipt and notify the shipping company & B & R within 24 hours for external damage and within 2days for internal damage. ALL CLAIMS AFTER 2 DAYS WILL BE REFUSED.


WHAT DO I DO IF MY WELDING MACHINE NEEDS REPAIR ?
B & R can help you find a phone number to the manufacturer so you can find a local authorized repair facility near you.


WHAT IS YOUR RETURN POLICY ?
We accept no returns , as most items are special arders .

DO YOU CARRY OTHER BRANDS ?
We carry others like Profax, C.K Systematics and many more . Please feel free to contact us for more information.

DO YOU SELL CYLINDERS ?
Yes , we sell 20, 40, 60 and 80 cu ft cylinders in new and used. When you go to a gas distributor for one of these sizes they exchange that cylinder so it is not always better to buy these as new. We also sell acetylene in 10, 40 and 75 cu ft. These are new as we cannot ship used acetylene as there is residue in them and UPS and Fedex will not carry them. We can supply larger cylinders and cylinders with your name on the neck ring if requested so you dont have to rent cylinders again. Please check with your local refiller if they will fill up any size and what proof of ownership is required.

ARE THERE DISCOUNTS FOR SCHOOLS AND COLLEGES ?
Yes, Miller, Hobart, Jackson offer discounts to schools and chartered non-profit educational institutions. Please call us for more details,

IS THERE A MINIMUM ORDER?
Yes the minimum order is $ 25.00.

Personal Checks and Business Cheks for out of Stare ( maryland ) will not be accepted
Wells Fargo Money Orders are not accepted

IF I ORDER A MACHINE OR PARTS HOW CAN I TELL WHEN IT WILL ARRIVE ?
If requested we can email a tracking number for parts shipped from our location. On machine orders if you call the day after the order is given we can supply you with the trucking PRO number, phone number and name of the carrier so you can call and schedule a delivery time and date.

IS MY CREDIT CARD INFORMATION SECURE ?
We do not sell or distribute and confidential consumer information to any third party for any reason. Our web site used a secure server for your protection. Orders are shipped to your credit card billing address for your protection. All credit card transactions must include the V-Code for verification . If it is missing we will call to verify the number before the nerchandise is shipped.

DO I PAY SALES TAX ?
Sales tax is only collected if the item is sold and or shipped in Maryland.
