The new Dynasty 350 now matches the superior arc quality of the Dynasty 700. It has the addition of four wavefourms from witch to choose for easier aluminum welding and independent AC Amperage Controls that allow the EN and EP amperage values to be set independently . This allows for a pointed tungsten providing more precision , deeper pentration and faster travel speeds. The weld performance of the Dybasty 350 are unbeatable by any other TIG machine ,ecpecially for aluminum applications.

With 50 more amps of power on the Dynasty 350 , the new machine can weld up to 3/4 " thick aluminum .The extra power also means your customer's will seld faster-no more waiting around to establish a puddle -just start welding.

Auto-Line Flexibility

The Dynasty 350 comes standard with Miller's convenient Auto-Line technology,which allows the machines to be connected too any primary input voltage anywhere in the world while using half the power of a conventional transformer machine.

Hot Starts adaptive control provides positive arc starts without sticking.
AC frequency control adds additional stability when Stick welding in AC for smoother welds.
   AC TIG FEATURES

Independent Amplitude /Amperage Control allows EP and EN amperages to be set independently to precisely control heat input to the work and electrode.
Extended AC balance (30-99%) controls the amount of oxide cleaning (amperage time in EN)which is essential for high quaility welds on aluminum.
AC frequency (20-400 hz) controls the width of the arc cone and the force of the arc.
AC WAVEFORMS

Advanced Squarewave ,fast freezing puddle, deep penetration and fast travel speeds.

Soft Squarewave for a soft buttery arc with maximum puddle control and good wetting action.

Sine Wave for customers thatlike a traditional arc .Quiet with good wetting.

DC TIG FEATURES

Exceptionally smooth and precise arc for welding exotic materials
High-Speed DC TIG Pulse Control Pulse frequency capable of pulsing 5000 pulses per second.Pulsing adds arc stability, reduces heat input and warpage and can increase travel speeds. Other parameters include peak amperage , peak time and background amperage.

TIG RUNNER Package

The TIG Runner package feature a fully assembled system that includes a cart with ample storage,the Dynasty and a new 3.5 gallon cooling system that is powered via the main power switch of the Dynasty.The coolant system also features a large fill cap that is easy to fill , external filterto stop foreign objects from clogging the torch, coolant hoses designed for high temperature applications, and check valves that stay closed if the torch is not connected , to prevent accidental spills.
